It is with great pleasure that we anounce the launch of the New Menu of the Explorer's Bar Bistro!

The new Executive Chef of our hotel, Παναγιώτης Αναστασίου, created the new Restaurant's Menu for the lovers of good food!

Having many years of experience in the hotel industry and a deep knowledge of Greek gastronomy, the new Chef comes to integrate the Greek culinary tradition and the Mediterranean diet into the international, creative, comfort cuisine.
